Say hello to 23ABC's Pet of the Week, Happy!
Marley's Mutts rescued this 12-year-old Pomeranian from the Kern County Animal Services shelter two weeks ago.
He is described as 'spunky', is fully potty trained and well behaved. Marley's Mutts says he would do well in any type of home and gets along with children.
Happy will be available for adoption next week.
