UPDATE: Power has been restored to PG&E costumers in Southwest Bakersfield.
A power outage affecting more than 1,800 PG&E customers was reported in Southwest Bakersfield.
According to PG&E a vehicle hit a power pole.
PG&E estimates power will be restored at noon.
