BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on Norris Road in Northwest Bakersfield.
The crash happened just after 8:30 Wednesday night a few blocks west of Fruitvale Norris Park.
A 23ABC News crew was on the scene and saw at least one person being arrested. There is no word on any injuries. CHP has not yet responded to requests for information.
