Crime scene tape and Bakersfield Police Department officers are in the area of Harris Road and Buena Vista Road. 

Roads have been shut down in the area since around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday night. 

23ABC has reached out to Bakersfield police to find out what they were investigating, but officials over the phone said they have no information to release at the time.
