BAKERSFIELD, CALIF. — Police have arrested four individuals after a report of shots fired from a Porterville residence on February 1, according to a press release from the Porterville Police Department.
Police responded to a report of shots fired from a residence near North Howland Street where multiple individuals were seen. One subject, later identified as Eriberto Emigidio, ran and was apprehended. The other three subjects—Agustine Tapia, Miguel Tapia, and Salud Tapia—were also detained after allegedly fighting with officers.
Police conducted a search warrant and seized gun paraphernalia, including a shotgun, a revolver, and bullet casings.
According to Police, all four suspects are allegedly active members of a criminal street gang. The four men have been arrested and booked at the Tulare County Sheriff's Office.
