The Bakersfield Police Department needs the public's help in finding an at risk missing Bakersfield man.
Eddie Guadalupe Moreno was last seen on July 5th, 2016 at about 7:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Golden State Hwy.
He was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a dark colored shirt.
Moreno is at risk due to medical conditions. Officials said he frequents the Old Town Kern area and Mt. Vernon Avenue and College Avenue.
