The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects wanted for robbery and conspiracy.
On May 24, 2017 at 3:08 a.m., two suspects entered the AMPM near S H Street and Brundage Lane.
Suspect 1 jumped the counter, pushed the clerk, and removed currency from the cash register. Suspect 2 then entered the business and assisted suspect 1 in removing currency.
Both suspects fled in a vehicle and are described as:
- Suspect 1: Black male, 20-27 years of age, wearing khaki pants, white tank top and black shoes
- Suspect 2: Hispanic male, 22-28 years of age, wearing black clothing and a necklace
The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model 4-door sedan, tan in color.
