The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing adult considered at risk due to medical condition. 

Barbara Jean Cathcart black female 74 years old, 5’5’ tall, 150 pounds and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt and black jeans. 

On 1/19/2016, at about 9:00 am, Cathcart left the area of 99 O Street. Carthcart was last seen walking northbound from the 800 block of Union Avenue at approximately 11:00am.
