The City of Bakersfield calls on the attorney general following the most recent act of police violence.

The Serna Family, Faith in the Valley Kern and The Families of those that have lost loved ones to police killings spoke about their plan to address this problem with newly appointed Police Department Chief Lyle Martin and Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

Those in attendance heard emotion filled speeches as they addressed the community-declared State of Emergency on Police Violence.
