On July 22 Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputies found a victim with a gunshot wound deceased in their car on Highway 190 in Porterville.
The man has ben identified as 35-year-old Manuel Christopher Acosta from Bakersfield.
Deputies were called to the scene Friday night a quarter mile east of Road 284. The official cause of death is still pending and the suspect is unknown.
