BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — There is a power outage right now in Oildale affecting nearly 2,000 customers.

According to PG&E's website it started just after 5 a.m. Saturday morning.

Power is set to be restored at 9:30 a.m.

Right now we do not know the cause of the outage, but we will continue to bring you updates throughout the morning.
