BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A woman has been rushed to the hospital after the vehicle she was traveling in rolled over on state Route 178 near Union Avenue Sunday afternoon.

According to the California Highway Patrol traffic page, the vehicle rolled over on the 178 off ramp, shortly before 3:30 p.m.

CHP reports the vehicle was driving recklessly prior to the collision.

It is unclear whether the pregnant woman was driving the vehicle or if another vehicle was involved in the accident.

The woman's condition is unknown at this time.
