Plans to get a Walmart in Tehachapi will continue to move forward after the City of Tehachapi fixed environmental problems holding the project back.

The Fifth District Court of Appeal announced Wednesday that the City properly addressed the environmental issues.

Walmart owns 25 acres in Tehachapi south of Tehachapi Boulevard and east of Tucker Road.
