The Kern County Black Chamber of Commerce is set to host a public workshop that will help map the future transportation of the county.
The Kern Council of Governments is conducting the workshop as part of the process to update Kern County’s regional transportation. It will give residents a chance to provide feedback on how transportation tax dollars should be used.
The workshop is happening today at the Friendship House on 2424 Cottonwood Drive. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and runs until 7:30 pm.
