Cynthia Zimmer has unofficially won the race for Kern County District Attorney.
Unofficial results from the Kern County Elections Office show Zimmer with 54 percent of the vote to Scott Spielman's 46 percent.
Zimmer took 40,202 votes to Spielman's 34,098.
