Rain, Lightning and thunderstorms are continuing to affect areas north and west of Bakersfield this evening. The main concern with these storms will be torrential downpours with localized street flooding. If you're venturing out, be careful driving and DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. Turn around don't drown.
