BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Caltrans is announcing the off-ramp to California Avenue and the on-ramp to Buck Owens Boulevard at Highway 99 will reopen Friday night.
Drivers who normally take these ramps have been force to detour ever since they closed in November as part of the 99 Rehab Project.
Along with these ramp re-openings, Caltrans also announced some new closures.
The off-ramp of Highway 99 at Olive Drive will be closed for 55 days starting Friday and the on-ramp for Golden State Avenue will be closed for 80 days.
