BAKERSFIELD, Calif — In April, social media users have the opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center's Hangar 703!
This NASA social event will take place in Palmdale on April 24.
You can see SOFIA - a Boeing 747SP aircraft modified to carry a 2.7-meter (106-inch) telescope to study the solar system and beyond like no other telescope can, meet with experts who fly the aircraft and tour the facilities!
The deadline to apply is March 26 at 11:59 EDT.
All registrants must be at least 18 years old and U.S. citizens. A maximum of 40 active social media users will be selected to attend this event.
