Saturday, thousands in Bakersfield packed out Rabobank Arena to remember the life of former Mayor Harvey Hall and the impact he made in the community.
The celebration featured several community leaders including CSUB President Dr. Horace Mitchell and Bakersfield Police Chief Lyle Martin.
