Following the deaths of five police officers in Dallas, House Majority Leader and Bakersfield Congressman Kevin McCarthy took to Twitter to express his thoughts.
In a Tweet sent out just before 8:20 Friday morning McCarthy said, "All of America mourns the senseless loss suffered in #Dallas. Our nation must unite, heal the wounds that divide us & let justice be done."
