There are new details about how much it will cost to repair damage to the Naval Air Weapons Station at China Lake from last month's earthquakes in the high desert.

The Navy Times is reporting that it could cost about $2 billion to get the station back to mission capable status.

Officials say 20 percent of the buildings are declared unsafe or now have use restriction and many structures were damaged beyond "economical repair and require replacement."
