Bakersfield was ranked second in terms of large city growth, according to an analysis by WalletHub.

The personal-finance website put together an analysis of 2016’s fastest growing cities. Bakersfield ranked 48^th overall and 2^nd in terms of large city growth.

Bakersfield also ranked 36^th in working-age population growth and 42^nd in poverty rate decrease.
