Rio-Bravo Greeley Union School District has decided to pause in-person instruction effective Dec. 4 through Jan. 3, due to news that an individual in their school community has tested positive for COVID-19.
Through contact tracing, the district has already notified all those who might have been affected.
The district says this suspension of in-person instruction is not due to an outbreak within the district community.
"All classes (including special education services) will revert back to distance learning."
The district assures the community that a date for a return to in-person instruction will be set later this month.
