Rite Aid robbed in Bakersfield, Bakersfield police looking for outstanding suspect

On November 1, 2016, at about 4:55 p.m., a male suspect entered a Rite Aid, located at 1601 23rd Street, with a female accomplice.

He selected items and attempted to flee at which time loss prevention personnel tried to stop him. He used physical force and threats of violence to maintain possession of the items and left on foot.

The female suspect was later arrested; however, the male suspect is still outstanding. He is described as a Black male in his forties, 5’8”, slim build, and blue long sleeve shirt with black t-shirt over it.
