BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The following roads are closed due to snow and ice:

• Tehachapi Willow Springs Road from Highline Road to Cameron Road.

• Oak Creek Road from Tehachapi Willow Springs Road to the cement plant.

• Cameron Road from Tehachapi Willow Springs Road to Highway 58.

• Klipstein Canyon Road from Highway 166 to Hudson Ranch Road.

• Hudson Ranch Road from Highway 166 to Cedarwood Drive.
