BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The old Body Xchange building on Truxtun Avenue has a new owner.
Martha Ruiz, office manager for Rodriguez & Associates, confirmed to 23ABC that Rodriguez & Associates law firm is moving into the former gym. According to Ruiz, the law firm is expanding their office because they need more room.
Ruiz is calling the circle "full-circle" because attorneys with Rodriguez & Associates started their careers there with a different law firm.
Ruiz expects the law firm will move into the building in May, however they do not have an official move-in date.
Rodriguez & Associates is currently located at 2020 Eye Street in Central Bakersfield. Their new address will be 1128 Truxtun Avenue.
