ROSAMOND, Calif. — On August 9, Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a domestic violence disturbance in Rosamond.
When the arrived in the 2800 block of 57th Street West, the learned that Lanesah Martin had attempted to stab the victim with a knife while they were sitting in a vehicle. The victim was able to get out, at which time "Martin tried to run her over, driving through the fence and into a residence."
There were several children in the car and at the home at the time of the incident.
Martin was arrested on numerous charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment.
