Running water returns to the Kern River

Some great news! There's running water at Rosedale Rio Bravo Water Storage District.

Rosedale Rio Bravo Water Storage District hasn't had water in the ground water re-charge ponds since 2012 due to the drought.

Now, they have a supply available that their using to re-charge the ground water with.
