As they served the search warrant, detectives located Anselma Bilbrey, 35, of Bakersfield, hiding under a couch.

Bilbrey is on active probation and was arrested for obstructing an investigation. Both Rhodes and Bilbrey were booked into the Central Receiving Facility.
