Safe 1 Credit Union members received am e-mail Wednesday in regards to a scam alert.
According to the e-mail, some members were being contacted through text message and asked to verify their account information.
The credit union advises that members do not respond.
Safe 1 Credit Union said they will not contact their members and ask that you provide confidential account information.
