BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Southbound Highway 99 connector to Eastbound Highway 58 has reopened after a big rig overturned Thursday morning, according to Caltrans.
The big rig overturned around 11 a.m. Thursday, shutting down the Eastbound connector to Highway 58.
Caltrans has since reopened the 58 through Bakersfield.
Highway 58 east of Tower Line Road going towards Tehachapi remains closed.
