BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Runners, get ready to search for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow at this year's St. Patrick's Day 5k.

The flat and fast 5k takes you along the route at The Park at River Walk. Runners are encouraged to wear a lot of green for a chance to win prizes.

The 5k starts at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16 at The Park at River Walk.
