SeaWorld has agreed to stricter safety citations for orca whale trainers.

     A proposal has been submitted for approval regarding how to safely interact with killer whales.

     The agreement would ban surfing on, swimming under and standing on the orcas.

     If the proposal is approved the four worker safety citations would be dismissed as well as the related fines.

     The citations claimed that the park did not keep employees aware of the hazards.

     SeaWorld would have to adhere to strict guidelines on how the whales and trainers interact.
