BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE: The number two and three eastbound lanes on State Route 58 have reopened near Oswell Street, after a semi-truck transporting wine overturned in the area shortly before 4 p.m Sunday.

A semi-truck transporting wine has overturned on State-Route 58 near Oswell Street and is blocking three eastbound lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP traffic incident website shows that the semi overturned at about 3:51 p.m. Sunday, but did not list any injuries as of yet.

The website states that the semi was reportedly swerving from lane to lane several minutes before it overturned.

CHP units are diverting traffic to the Mount Vernon Avenue exit on eastbound SR-58.

It is unclear if other vehicles were involved in the collision.
