BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE (9:55 a.m.): According to the CHP, the semi rolled over because it was empty and too light. Due to winds, the wobbly trailer was able to tip the truck over.
One lane was closed for about an hour.
The CHP recommends anyone wanting to haul items to wait until the wind dies down.

The California Highway Patrol and Caltrans are dealing with multiple incidents on Highway 58 on Monday morning.
According to the CHP, downed power lines were reported on Eastbound 58 near Tejon Highway just after 8:30 a.m.
Less than a half hour later, just before 9 a.m., the CHP reported a semi truck rolled over near General Beale Road.
No injuries have been reported.
