A big change in the weather pattern is expected this weekend after a dry and warmer than average period. Heavy rain and windy conditions are expected as early as mid-day Thursday.
23ABC's Meteorologist Mike Boyce spoke with PG&E spokesperson Katie Allen today for some helpful tips. Katie Allen says "Vegetation and tree caused power outages are a major part of outages, so know that we work year round to that we reduce these vegetation outages when we do see rain and high winds". She further explains Vegetation and restoration crews work 365 days a year to ensure the customer's safety.
