BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to the City of Bakersfield Recreation and Parks several area dog parks will be closed due to recent rains.

Officials say Centennial Park, Wilson Park,University Park, Kroll Park, and Patriots Park will be temporarily shutdown.

The city has not said when the listed parks will reopen.
