California Highway Patrol responded to a vehicle rollover that involves serveral other vehicles just after 5 p.m. Thursday. 

The accident is on Northbound 99 at Cecil Avenue.

CHP confirms a vehicle is on fire.

Delano Police Department is also at the scene.

UPDATE: The scene has been cleared.
