BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Shafter Police officials said they arrested four people for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol Friday night.

Police officials said they are committed to partner in the effort to stop motorists from drinking and driving.

According to police, the efforts made the community a much safer place for other drivers and pedestrians to navigate the streets.
