BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A shooting in North Bakersfield injured one man just after 10 p.m. Sunday, the Bakersfield Police Department reports.
Officers responded to the 3000 block of San Dimas after a victim of a shooting showed up at Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds.
The man sustained moderate to major injuries and is expected to survive, according to BPD.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 40s, 5 feet four inches tall, with a stocky build.
