A shooting in southeast Bakersfield Monday evening left an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm, according to Bakersfield Police. 

Bakersfield Police arrived to the 800 block of Watts Dr. at approximately 8:29 p.m. where they located the man suffering from minor injuries. 

The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. 

The investigation is ongoing.
