The Bakersfield Police Department is crediting ShotSpotter with leading officers to a gunshot victim.

According to Bakersfield Police, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the area of Kentucky and Miller streets. 

Police found a man who suffered a single gunshot wound. He suffered minor to moderate injuries. 

Police found several shell casings. 

No arrests have been made.
