UPDATE on 12.12.2019 at 10:45 a.m.

Harrison was found by officials in his 2009 Toyota Camry on Thursday around 8:20 a.m., in the area of Great Valley Parkway and Byron Road in Tracy.

According to KCSO, during an unrelated call for service, deputies located his car disabled and off the road. During a check of the vehicle, Harrison, was found inside.

Officials said Harrison was evaluated by medical personnel on scene and taken to an area hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office has reported a missing 85-year-old man last seen in Wasco on December 7 around 7 p.m..

According to officials, Theoda Harrison suffers from several medical conditions and may become disoriented. It is unknown if he has taken his medication.

Officials think that Harrison may be in his light silver 2009 Toyota Camry with California license plate #BD362DP.
