BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — California Highway Patrol has issued silver alert has been for an at-risk senior last seen at a Chevron Gas Station located at 6600 E. Lerdo Highway, Shafter.
The missing person is identified as Jose Isabel Ochoa, 66 years old last seen driving a silver 2016 Ford Fusion, CA license plate 7MVD011
Ochoa is believed to be wearing a maroon flannel shirt and black basketball or jean shorts.
