Officials say that Paul Nakamura has been found and reunited with his family.

The Arcadia Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for several counties including Kern in regards to an at-risk missing person.

Officials say, 83-year-old Paul Nakamura was last seen around 11 a.m. Thursday in Arcadia, Los Angeles County. Nakurma reportedly suffers from a medical condition and police say he may become disoriented.

He's described as 5' 6" 180 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a heavy blue jacket, long sleeve red shirt, navy blue pants and black shoes.

Nakurma's car is described as a red 2000 Lexus ES-200 with a California license plate number: 4JPA311
