A six-year-old originally from Bakersfield is now living in Springs, Texas. She is covering Tropical Storm Harvey from all different aspects.

Her name is Taylor and she just might have a future in meteorology. Her mom has been posting Facebook videos of Taylor as she gives breaking news and weather reports. Taylor also has a video posted where she gives tips for relieving stress during this storm. She even has a video where she tells everyone to keep their pets safe as she pushes her dog in a play stroller.
