BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Regional Occupational Center (ROC) is hosting students from across Central California for the SkillsUSA California Region 2 Conference.

Each year, regional conferences are held throughout the nation, giving Career Technical Education (CTE) students a chance to come together to network, build relationships, and demonstrate the technical and leadership skills they have been learning.

The event is happening from 7:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
