Bakersfield Firefighters were on scene this morning of a fire in South Bakersfield.
BFD officials said crews were called out at 8:04 a.m. to the 600 Block of Geneva Avenue, where heavy fire was showing from the rear bedroom of a single-story, single-family residence.
Arson Investigators with the department are currently determining the cause of the fire.
Damage estimated at $55,000.
No injuries were reported.
