Traffic is slow on southbound Highway 99, just north of Stockdale Highway, slow due to a vehicle on its side.

Reports are saying there are two people stuck inside. It is unsure right now if the people inside the vehicle are injured.

The vehicle is blocking the three right lanes. There is no timetable for the lanes to clear.
