A local woman living in Southwest Bakersfield has had her home broken into four times, she said.

Susan Pfettscher lives in an area where homes are being demolished for the Centennial Corridor Project.

Over the past few weeks thieves have broken into her home, with the burglars coming in through the roof, Pfettscher said.

The thieves stole anything with value from jewelry to TVs to the water heater.

Pfettscher has hired a private investigator for the situation.
